After nearly 40 years driving human capital transformation at the Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, I now serve as an Executive Coach and HR Strategist—helping leaders thrive, innovate, and achieve their full potential.
My journey began in 1987, growing alongside the Bank to ultimately lead as Head of Human Resource Management. I played a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategy, aligning people practices with business goals, and fostering organizational growth.
As Secretary to the Bank's Executive HR Steering Committee and a Member of the Executive Sustainability Committee, I contributed to strategic decision-making and enterprise-level initiatives.
What I cherished most was nurturing talent and building inclusive workplaces where people could truly thrive. Today, I bring that same passion into my new chapter—blending executive coaching with HR strategy to help leaders rise to their next level.
